摘 要:为保证地面高压线塔基的稳定并最大限度的回收煤炭资源,对山西潞安集团司马矿放顶煤工作面进行了超高水材料局部充填开采的试验。按照地面塔基的控制要求,并考虑塔基自身尺寸,确定充填范围为54m×89m(倾向长×走向长),在该区域内,采高降为2.9m,不放顶煤。在无专用充填液压支架的条件下,为保证充填区域的安全,设计了移架—割煤—充填一个完整循环的支护方案。现场应用表明,采用限高开采局部充填地面塔基稳定,经济效益显著,可为类似条件下的煤炭资源回收提供参考。In order to ensure the stability of the tower foundation of the high-voltage line and recover the coal resources to the maximum,Sima Mine of Shanxi Lu'an Group was taken as the study background.The top coal caving face was tested for partial filling mining of ultra-high water materials.According to the control requirements of the ground tower base,the size of the tower base was considered,it was determined that the filling range was 54 m×89 m(prone to length×strike length),in which the mining height was reduced to 2.9 m,without top coal.In order to ensure the safety of the filling area without special filling hydraulic support,a support scheme of shifting-cutting coal-filling a complete cycle was designed.The field application showed that the use of limited-mining local filling ground towers was stable,with significant economic benefits,which could provide reference for coal resource recovery under similar conditions.
