摘 要:在空分运行装置对标实际操作开展过程中,其定性和定量分析内容具备积极作用,是影响空分装置冷量的主要因素。文章根据以往工作经验,对空分冷量来源及损耗进行了总结,并从提高膨胀机制冷量、提高节流制冷效果、冰机负荷,降低热交换不完全损失和跑冷损失及其他冷损等三方面,论述了冷量平衡的优化策略。In the process of carrying out the actual operation of the standard,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the air separation unit plays a positive role,which is the main factor affecting the cooling capacity of the air separation unit.Based on the previous working experience,this paper summarizes the source and loss of air cooling capacity,and discusses the optimization strategy of cooling capacity balance from three aspects:increasing the cooling capacity of expansion mechanism,improving the effect of throttling refrigeration,load of ice machine,reducing the incomplete loss of heat exchange,running cooling loss and other cold losses.The optimization strategy of cooling balance is discussed.
