摘  要:实验以H3O40PW12/ZrO2为催化剂,采用对甲酚与叔丁醇为原料,在三口烧瓶中合成了2-叔丁基对甲酚。考察了磷钨酸浓度、催化剂用量、温度、时间、投料比对反应的影响,采用15%H3O40PW12/ZrO2催化剂,加入5%该催化剂,反应温度80℃,n(对甲酚)/n(叔丁醇)=1∶1.2,反应时间4h,2-叔丁基对甲酚收率最高,达到70%,催化剂易于与产物分离,重复性能较好。A synthetic method of 2-bert-butyl-p-cresol was reported,using H3O 40 PW12 /ZrO2 as catalyst,p-cresol and tertiary butanol as agents in a three-necked,round-bottomed flask.The effects of H3O 40 PW12 concentration,catalyst concentration,reaction temperature,time,feed ratio on the yield of2- bert-butyl-p-cresol were also investigated.The results showed that when using15% H3O 40 PW12 /ZrO2 catalyst,the catalyst concentration is 5%,the reaction temperature is 80℃,n(p-cresol)/n (tertiary butanol)=1.2 and the reaction time is 4 hours,the yield of2-bert-butyl-p-cresol reached 70%.The catalyst was easy to be separated from the products and had good repeatability.
