摘　　要：建立接骨胶囊的质量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对接骨胶囊中红花和栀子进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中柚皮苷的含量,使用AgilentC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(33∶67),检测波长283nm。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出红花和栀子;含量测定中柚皮苷在0.09280~0.4640μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999,平均回收率为98.34%。结论:建立的分析方法简便可行,专属性强,可用于接骨胶囊的质量控制。To establish a method for the quality of Jiegu Capsules.Method: Safflower and Fructus Gardenia in Jiegu capsules were identified by TLC.The content of naringin was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were: Agilengt C18 column,mobile phase being methanol-1%glacial acetic acid (33 ∶ 67),and the detection wavelength at283 nm.Results: The qualitative identification with TLC was specific.The linear ranges of naringin were 0.09280 ~0.4640 μg(r=0.999),the average recovery was 98.34%.Conclusion: This method is Simple,stable and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Jiegu Capsules.
