摘  要:国家提出了建设“中国制造2025”的发展蓝图,而以互联网和数据技术平台为基础的“智慧工厂”正顺应了这一设想。为更好地培养工程思维,青岛科技大学“化梦工成”团队对青岛部分化工企业采用多种调研方法进行了实地调研,以工业互联网技术为主线,详细分析了各家化工企业的新技术应用特点,初步了解软硬件相结合的现代工业企业管理特色,并对智慧工厂的应用前景进行了展望。Chinese government proposed the development blueprint for “Made in China2025”. According to it, the “smart factory ” has been developed , which is based on the Internet and data technology platforms. In order to improve engineering thinking, the “Hua-meng-gong- cheng” team from Qingdao University of Science and Technology conducted on-the-spot investigations on some chemical engineering enterprises in Qingdao by various methodologies. In this study, based on industrial internet technology, the characteristics of application of new chemical technologies In chemical enterprises were obtained in detail, their management characteristics combined with software and hardware were understood, and the application prospect of smart factories were proposed.
