摘　　要：针对河北某化工公司皂化废碱液焚烧运行一段时间后,天然气耗量大,同时又有增加处理废弃物的需求,为此对原焚烧项目进行改造,增设了废油储罐和增压设备,重点进行了燃烧器的改造,实现了废碱液、天然气和废油组合燃烧,成功的降低了天然气的耗量。减轻了企业的运行费用。In view of reducing natural gas consumption in the process of saponification waste alkali liquor incinerating in a chemical company in hebei,the reconstruction of incineration engineering was needed.At the same time waste oil of the plant would be disposed.the waste oil tank and pressurization equipment was added.It is important that a retrofit of burner is carried out.The combined combustion of waste alkali liquor,natural gas and waste oil is realized,the consumption of natural gas was reduced and the running cost of the enterprise was cut down.
