古代中医文献中药治疗心理障碍的关联规则分析

摘　　要：目的运用关联规则技术,探讨中药治疗心理障碍的用药规律。方法收集古代文献中中药治疗心理障碍的相关文献,建立心理障碍的中药治疗数据库,利用Excel、SPSS和SPSS Clementine软件进行中药的频次分析及关联规则挖掘。结果高频词药物包括甘草、大枣、人参、当归、茯神、茯苓、麦冬、远志、白芍、陈皮等;高频药物组合包括“大枣,甘草”,“大枣,人参,甘草”,“当归,人参,甘草,大枣”等,补益气血,养血安神,理气疏肝作用的中药构成了用药关联规则中的主体。结论心理障碍的中药治疗可参考挖掘出的关联规则进行配伍应用。Objective To explore the herb selection rules in the herb in the treatment of Psychological disorder by association rules. Methods The database of herb treatment for psychological disorder dependence was established after literature collection, and Excel, SPSS and Clementine were used to analyze the frequency of selected herbs and find their association rules. Results High frequency drugs include liquorice, Chinese date, ginseng, angelica sinensis, poria, radix ophiopogonis, radix polygoni, radix paeoniae alba, tangerine peel, etc. High-frequency drug combinations include "Chinese date, licorice","Chinese date, ginseng, licorice","angelica, ginseng, licorice, Chinese date" and so on. Chinese herbal medicines that can supplement qi and blood, nourish blood and calm the mind, regulate qi and soothe the liver constitute the main body in the association rules of medication. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine therapy of psychological disorder can be used in combination with the association rules.
