推拿联合中药热敷序贯护理风寒型小儿腹泻疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析推拿联合中药热敷序贯护理风寒型小儿腹泻的疗效。方法选取于2018年1月—2018年12月收治的风寒型腹泻患儿86例,采用随机分组的方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行推拿联合中药热敷序贯护理。对比2组患儿的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及大便性状恢复时间和止泻时间。结果观察组患儿的大便性状恢复时间和止泻时间均短于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,分别为97.67%和81.40%,各组均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对风寒型小儿腹泻患儿行推拿联合中药热敷序贯护理能够有效降低不良反应的发生,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of massage combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on sequential nursing of infantile diarrhea of wind-cold type. Methods 86 cases of children with diarrhea of wind-cold type admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received sequential nursing of massage combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, recovery time of stool characteristics and relief time were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of stool characteristics and antidiarrhea time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, which was 97.67% and 81.40% respectively, and the difference had statistical significance P < 0.05. Conclusion Sequential nursing of massage combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine for children with diarrhea of wind-cold type can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect.
