摘　　要：目的探讨中药热敷对剖宫产术后子宫复旧效果的临床分析。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月80例剖宫产患者,根据入院时间分为观察组(中药热敷联合常规治疗)与对照组(常规治疗),每组40例,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组术后各时间点子宫底下降幅度均大于对照组,且术后排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血性恶露排出时间及恶露排净时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷对剖宫产病人术后子宫复旧效果的临床效果显著,可促进患者子宫恢复,促进术后排气,同时加快恶露排净,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbs hot compress on uterine involution after cesarean section. Methods 80 cases of cesarean section patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into observation group (traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with routine treatment) and control group (routine treatment) according to admission time. Each group had 40 cases. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The decrease of uterine fundus in the observation group was greater than that in the control group at all time points after operation, and the exhaust time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The exhaust time of blood lochia and lochia in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on uterine involution after cesarean section is remarkable. It can promote the recovery of uterus, promote the exhaust after operation, and accelerate the cleanliness of lochia. It is worth popularizing.
