手针治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对手针结合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效进行客观评价。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。其中治疗组在吸氧、解痉、止咳、化痰等常规治疗基础上给予手针治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。2组患者均予以治疗1周。疗程结束后对比2组患者治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、喘促、自汗、哮鸣音、发热等症状、体征和白细胞、CRP等实验室检查结果的评分改变。结果本次研究纳入80例患者,最终完成80例,无脱落患者。治疗组痊愈5例,显效25例,有效8例,无效2例;对照组痊愈3例,显效17例,有效17例,无效3例。经检验分析2组的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手针结合常规治疗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To evaluate objectively the clinical effects of hand acupuncture combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Among them, the treatment group was given hand acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional therapy such as oxygen inhaling, spasmolysis, cough relieving and phlegm resolving, while the control group was given conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for one week. After treatment, the symptoms and signs of cough, expectoration, asthma, spontaneous sweating, wheezing and fever were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, moreover, the scores of white blood cells, CRP and other laboratory tests should also be compared. Results 80 patients were included in this study, and 80 patients were eventually completed without falling off. In the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 25 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. In the control group, 3 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hand acupuncture combined with conventional treatment displays a significant effect on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Thus, this is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
