中药外洗内服联合红外红光治疗仪治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药外洗内服联合红外红光治疗仪对治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果,为临床安全、有效的使用提供依据。方法选取内科2017年10月—2018年10月收治的76例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为中药外洗内服联合红外红光治疗仪治疗组与中药外洗内服对照组。2组患者均给予中药内服汤剂、黄柏洗剂塌渍患处,治疗组另联合使用红外红光治疗仪,对比2组患者的临床症状改善情况与治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,对照组痊愈率仅为47.37%,治疗总有效率为84.21%;治疗组痊愈率为68.42%,总有效率为100.00%,治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组,2组疗效比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。在降低血尿酸水平上,治疗组明显优于对照组。在改善患者关节止痛时间及肿胀症状的时间对比上,治疗组用时更短(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论中药外洗内服联合红外红光治疗仪治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果显著优于常规中药外洗内服,其能促进康复进程,减轻患者身心痛苦,依从性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of external washing and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared red light therapy instrument on acute gouty arthritis, and to provide a basis for clinical safe and effective use. Methods 76 patients admitted to the internal medicine department of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. The treatment group was treated with external washing and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared red light therapy instrument, and the control group treated with external washing and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis lotion. The treatment group was treated with infrared red light therapy. The improvement of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the control group was only 47.36%, and the total effective rate was 84.21%. The cure rate of the treatment group was 68.42%, and the total effective rate was 100.00%. The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups was compared P < 0.05, and the difference had statistical significance. In reducing the level of serum uric acid, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Compared with the time of improving pain relief and swelling symptoms, the time of treatment group was shorter (P < 0.05), and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of external washing and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared red light therapy instrument in treating acute gouty arthritis is significantly better than that of conventional external washing and internal taking of traditional Chinese medicine.
