柴葛芩连汤联合护理在小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证中应用

摘　　要：目的探讨柴葛芩连汤联合个体化护理治疗小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证的疗效。方法90例支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证患儿,随机分为对照组、研究组,各45例。均采用柴葛芩连汤治疗,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化护理。观察2组总有效率、中医症状积分、肺功能、护理满意度。结果研究组总有效率、家长护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肺功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中医各项症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴葛芩连汤联合个体化护理治疗小儿支气管肺炎湿热闭肺证,疗效确切。Objective To explore the curative effect of Chaige Qinlian decoction combined with nursing in bronchial pneumonia with syndrome of dampness-heat blocking lung in children. Methods Ninety bronchial pneumonia with syndrome of dampness-heat blocking lung in children were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients were treated with Chaige Qinlian decoction, the control group was given routine care, and the study group was given personalized care. The total effective rate, TCM symptom score, lung function, nursing satisfaction and curative effect were observed. Results The total efficiency of the study group and parents' satisfaction with nursing were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). All indexes of lung function in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chaige Qinlian decoction combined with individualized nursing in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia with syndrome of dampness-heat blocking lung in children is effective.
