祛湿止痒消疹汤治疗急性湿疹临床观察及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察祛湿止痒消疹汤治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:将110 例急性湿疹患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各55 例,对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用祛湿止痒消疹汤治疗。两组均治疗14 d。结果:两组治疗后瘙痒程度评分、皮疹面积评分、皮疹形态评分、免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6, IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor, TNF-α)较治疗前均降低(P < 0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P < 0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:运用祛湿止痒消疹汤治疗急性湿疹,能够降低IgE、IL-6、TNF-α水平,减轻急性湿疹临床症状及瘙痒程度,提高临床疗效。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qushi Zhiyang Xiaozhen decoction on acute eczema. Methods: 110 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine. The treatment group was treated with the Qushi Zhiyang Xiaozhen decoction more. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Results: The scores of pruritus, rash morphology score, lesion area score, IgE, IL-6 and TNF-α after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Qushi Zhiyang Xiaozhen decoction can reduce the levels of IgE, IL-6 and TNF-α, relieve the clinical symptoms and pruritus of acute eczema, and improve effects.
