摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射结合运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法:52例确诊为肩周炎的患者,予正清风痛宁肩周穴位注射,隔天1次,关节松动训练每天1次,主动训练操每天2次,治疗2个疗程。评估治疗后2周、4周的肩关节活动度、疼痛缓解程度、日常生活活动能力,并与治疗前比较。结果:经治疗肩关节活动度显著增加(P<0.05),关节疼痛缓解明显(P<0.05),日常生活活动能力较治疗前有所提高(P>0.05),总有效率为93.9%。结论:穴位注射结合运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎简便易行、疗效确切。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection with exercise on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 52 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were enrolled, and given the Zhengqing Fengtongning injection (正清风痛宁注射液), every other day, the joint loosening training once a day, and the active training exercise, twice a day, for two courses. Results: The activity of the shoulder joint was significantly increased (P<0.05), the pain of joint pain was relieved (P<0.05), the activity of daily living was improved (P>0.05), and the total efficiency was 93.9%. Conclusion: Acupoint injection with exercise on periarthritis of the shoulder is simple and effective.
