摘　　要：目的:推广王友仁主任医师扳法治疗骶髂关节经验。方法:总结王友仁主任医师从医50 余年临床经验,根据经络辨证、对症取穴,结合脊柱矫正、骨盆矫正,形成了一套完整的“按与动”相结合的推拿手法,确立了一整套骶髂关节紊乱检查及治疗方法。结论:王友仁主任医师应用按动疗法检查治疗骶髂关节紊乱疗效显著。Objective: To promote the experience of the chief physician Wang Youren in treating ankle joint. Methods: Clinical experience of Chief physician Wang Youren from more than 50 years of medical treatment was summarized. According to the syndrome differentiation of the meridian and points, with spinal correction and pelvic correction, a complete set of “push and move” massage techniques was established, and a complete set of examination and treatment of sacroiliac joint dysfunction was established. Conclusion: Chief physician Wang Youren has a significant effect on ankle joint disorders by the Ban therapy (扳法).
