摘　　要：逍遥散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是调和肝脾之名方,历代医家将其用于多种疾病的治疗,取得了良好的疗效。本文介绍了将逍遥散应用于痛经、乳腺增生、黄褐斑、腹泻型肠易激综合征治疗的经验,以期为同道提供参考。Xiaoyao San was a famous prescription of Tiaohe Ganpi, was first recorded in Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang. Doctors of in past dynasties used it in the treatment of many diseases, and achieved good clinical efficacy. This paper introduces the experience of Xiaoyao San in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, hyperplasia of mammary glands, chloasma and diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, in order to provide inspirations to medical practitioners.
