中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染应用中西医结合的效果。方法:2016年5月-2018年5月,研究对象;本院收治的小儿反复呼吸道感染患者80例,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组(40例)、对照组(40例),对照组:常规抗感染+维生素AD治疗,试验组:常规西医的抗感染+维生素AD治疗+小儿推拿、捏脊,分析治疗效果、血清免疫球蛋白变化。结果:试验组治疗效果(95.00%vs75.00%)、血清免疫球蛋白变化高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:小儿反复呼吸道感染应用中西医结合的效果显著,安全性高,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on children with repeated respiratory infections.Methods:Time period was from May 2016 to May 2018;the study subjects were 80 children with repeated respiratory infections admitted to our hospital,who were randomly divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases),the control group received Western medicine treatment of routine anti-infection+vitamin AD treatment while the experimental group received integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of conventional western medicine anti-infection+vitamin AD treatment+children massage,knead ridge,the treatment effect and serum immunoglobulin changes were analyzed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(95.00%vs 75.00%)and serum immunoglobulin of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine had significant effects and high safety in treating children with repeated respiratory infections and it was worthy of clinical reference.
