稳心颗粒联合达比加群酯治疗非瓣膜性房颤临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察稳心颗粒联合达比加群酯治疗NVAF的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月我院收治的NVAF患者152例,随机分为常规治疗组和观察治疗组,每组76例。常规治疗组患者口服美托洛尔和达比加群酯,观察治疗组口服稳心颗粒和达比加群酯,两组均连续治疗2个月,观察1个月。观察和比较两组治疗前后的总有效率、临床疗效评价指标、凝血功能指标和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,常规治疗组和观察治疗组的总有效率分别为75.0%、96.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效评价指标如症状例数、房颤例数、射血分数和心室率,同治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察治疗组临床疗效评价指标的改善程度优于常规治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝血功能指标如PT、APTT和D-D同治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察治疗组凝血功级指标的改善程度优于常规治疗组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率两组间无明显差异。结论:稳心颗粒联合达比加群酯治疗NVAF具有较好的临床疗效,能有效控制心室率,维持窦性心率,降低血栓风险,不良反应小,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granles(稳心颗粒)combined with Dabigatran in the treatment of NVAF.Methods:Patients(152 cases)with NVAF treated in our Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(76 cases)and the survey treatment(76 cases)group,the patients in the conventional treatment group received Metoprolol and Dabigatran treatment,the patients in the survey treatment group received Wenxin Granles(稳心颗粒)and Dabigatran treatment.The patients in two groups were treated for 2 months and observed 1 month after treatment,the efficacy was evaluated,the total effective rate,coagulation function and adverse reaction rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the conventional treatment and survey treatment groups was 75.0%and 96.1%,respectively,and there were differences between two groups(P<0.05);the differences of clinical curative effect,the number of cases of atrial fibrillation and election fraction,ventricular rate were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the evaluation of clinical curative effect of survey treatment group was superior to that of the conventional treatment group,and there were differences between two groups(P<0.05);the difference of coagulation function as PT,APTT and D-D was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the coagulation function of the survey treatment group was superior to that of the conventional treatment group,but there were no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);the adverse reaction rate was of no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Wenxin Granles(稳心颗粒)combined with Dabigatran had significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of NVAF,and it could effectively control the ventricular rate,and maintain sinus heart rate,and it could reduce risk of thrombus,the adverse reaction was little,which had certain clini
