摘　　要：从结构选型、单体划分、模块设计、结构建模分析等方面介绍了某模块化钢结构大学生公寓的结构设计。针对不同的建筑功能需求,在模块内布置了无屈曲波纹钢板剪力墙和普通支撑两种不同的抗侧力构件,经过结构分析比较了两者对结构设计的影响。模块间连接采用了便于施工的梁端盖板螺栓连接,并通过模型对比选用了合理的模拟方法。The structural design of a modular steel university apartment was introduced from the aspects of structure selection, unit division, module design and structural modeling analysis. Non-buckling corrugated steel plate wall and common support have been arranged in the module for different building function requirements. The influence of the two members on the structural design was compared through structural analysis. The connection between the modules adopted the beam end cover bolted connection for easy construction, and the lifting method and construction sequence of the building were designed.
