摘  要:某供水管道悬索桥出现了主缆保护层脱落、鞍座移位、吊杆锚头与桥面钢梁锈蚀等一系列严重病害,需进行应急维修加固设计。重点采取了鞍座归位、更换吊杆及锚头、更换桥面钢梁等加固方案;针对悬索桥特殊性,将桥面改装为开孔桥面并加装抗风缆;采用MIDAS/Civil软件建立了有限元分析模型,分析了全桥的承载力、加装抗风缆后的作用效应以及主索鞍节点受力特征。A series of serious diseases occurred in a suspension bridge of a water supply pipeline, such as loss of main cable protection layer, shifting anchor head of saddle and corrosion of steel girder on bridge surface, etc. The reinforcement schemes such as replacement of derrick with saddle seat and replacement of steel girder with anchor head have been adopted;in view of the special characteristics of the suspension bridge, the deck has been modified into an open-hole deck with wind-resistance cable;the finite element analysis model was established by using MIDAS/ Civil software to analyze the load capacity of the whole bridge, the effect of wind- resistance cable after installation and the stress characteristics of main cable saddle joints.
