摘　　要：根据现代生物技术发酵/细胞培养原料药产品生产的GMP规范要求,在车间设计方面分别对人物流的单向化,分区空调系统,工艺设备管道化、密闭化和自动化,病毒灭活等若干问题进行了讨论,提出了相关解决方案。并以具体的平面布局图案例加以分析。Based on the requirements in GMP regulation for APIs production by using modern biotechnologyin fermentation / cell culture,single flows for peoples and materials should be taken into account in the design of workshop.In this article,the issues of air conditioning system for division area,the process equipment with pipeline,airtight and automatic forms and virus inactivationwere discussed,and some solutions for these issues were provided withuse of concrete layouts in further case descriptions.
