大型C臂X光机在冠状动脉介入诊断治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨大型数字减影血管造影C型臂X光机(简称大型C臂机)在冠心病介入诊疗中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1—11月在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院欲行冠状动脉造影(Coronary Angiography,CAG)的患者共计518例为研究对象,采用大型C臂机进行介入诊断和治疗,观察并探讨其效果。结果采用大型C臂机对冠心病的诊断阳性率为80.11%,对A型、B型、C型冠脉病变行冠状动脉支架植入术的成功率分别为100%、97.82%和92.04%。结论大型C臂机在心脏介入诊断治疗价值较高,适合在医院进行推广应用。Objective To explore the large digital subtraction angiography C-arm X-ray machine(Large C-arm Machine). Meth ods A total of 518 patients who undergone coronary angiography(CAG)in the hospital from January to November,2018 were select ed,then the interventional diagnosis and treatment with large C-arm machine were observed and discussed. Results The positive rate of diagnosing coronary heart disease with large C-arm machine was 80.11%. The success rates of coronary stent implantation for type A,B and C coronary artery lesions with large C-arm machine were 100%,97.82% and 92.04%,respectively. Conclusion The large C-arm machine has high value in cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment,which is suitable for popularization and application in primary hospitals.
