基于微信平台的护理在PICC置管患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的护理在PICC置管患者中的应用。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月在重庆市綦江区人民医院进行PICC置管的125例肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(58)例与实验组(67例)。实验组采用基于微信的PICC置管护理指导,对照组采用常规PICC置管护理指导。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信平台对PICC置管患者进行导管维护及相关知识宣教,能够有效降低长期置管并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the application of WeChat platform-based nursing in patients with PICC catheterization. Meth ods Selecting 125 patients with cancer who underwent PICC placement in the hospital from August, 2016 to August, 2018. They were divided into 58 cases in the control group and 67 cases in the experimental group. The experimental group received WeChatbased PICC catheter care guidance,and the control group received conventional PICC catheter nursing guidance. Comparison of com plication rates in both groups was done. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The catheter maintenance and related knowledge missions of PICC catheterized patients through WeChat platform can effectively reduce the incidence of longterm catheterization complications.
