国际汉语教育制度史研究的意义与价值——以朝鲜朝汉语“质正官”为中心的考察

摘　　要：朝鲜朝(1392-1910)汉语"质正官"是朝鲜朝汉语"质正"制度中专门负责汉语官话音韵审定和语言理论研究的重要官职之一,在朝鲜半岛汉语官话传播中发挥着独特作用,是中国与朝鲜半岛语言关系史研究中不应被忽视的群体,也是汉语国际教育制度史研究中新发现的一种职官现象。文章通过讨论"质正官"文献材料,拟为汉语官话史及其朝鲜半岛传播史研究补充新佐证,为"汉语官话国际传播史"研究中的汉语官方人物"媒介"及其在汉语国际教育制度史中的价值研究提供新角度。"Officer of quality"of Chinese was one of the important official positions in the system of"Check correctness"in North Korea Dynasty responsible for the examination and verification of Chinese mandarin phonology and for language theory research.It played a unique role in the spread of Chinese mandarin in the Korean peninsula and should not be neglected in the study of the history of language relations between China and the Korean peninsula.It is a newly found phenomenon in the study of the history of Chinese international education system.This article attempts to provide new evidence for the study of the history of Chinese mandarin and its spread in the Korean peninsula by reviewing the literature on"officer of quality".It also provides a new perspective from which to study the"media"of Chinese official characters in the history of the spread of Chinese mandarin and to study their value in the history of Chinese international education system.
