改良集束化护理模式结合物理疗法对ICU脑卒中病人误吸和压疮影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良集束化护理模式结合物理疗法对重症监护室(ICU)脑卒中病人误吸和压疮影响的临床效果。方法选取我院ICU 2018年4月-10月收治的80例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组开展ICU常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用改良集束化护理模式结合物理疗法进行干预,对比2组压疮、误吸发生率。结果观察组误吸(2.50%)、压疮发生率(2.50%)均低于对照组(20.00%,17.50%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU脑卒中患者采取改良集束化护理模式结合物理疗法实施干预,能有效减少其误吸、压疮发生,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved cluster nursing mode combined with physiotherapy on aspiration and pressure ulcer of stroke patients in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods 80 patients with stroke in ICU of our hospital from April to October 2018 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 patients in each group The contvol group were given routine ICU nursing in the control group. On the basis of the observation group,using improved cluster nursing mode combined with physical therapy. The incidence of pressure ulcer and aspiration in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence of aspiration(2.50%)and pressure ulcer(2.50%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.00%,17.50%),( P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients in ICU,the improved cluster nursing mode combined with physical therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration and pressure ulcer,and has high clinical value.
