摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色人文护理对肢体外伤患者生活质量及心理状态的改善效果。方法选择2016年12月-2018年12月我院收治的80例肢体外伤患者,随机分为2组各40例。观察组采取中医特色人文护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,比较2组生活质量及心理状态。结果观察组生活质量各项评分较对照组高,心理状态评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色人文护理干预可有效消除肢体外伤患者不良情绪,提高生活质量,促进患者转归。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM featured humanistic nursing on quality of life and mental state in patients with traumatic limbs. Methods 60 patients with traumatic limbs admitted in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. Observation group was given TCM featured humanistic nursing intervention,while control group was given routine nursing intervention. The quality of life and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the score of mental state in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM featured humanistic nursing for patients with traumatic limbs can eliminate negative emotion,increase quality of life and promote prognosis.
