基层医院产后家庭访视的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院产后家庭访视的实践效果。方法组建多学科母婴家访团队,对860例出院产妇和新生儿进行家庭访视:包括出院前建立健康档案,出院后10 d^14 d由家访人员入户对产妇和新生儿进行查体,发现健康问题给予即时处理和健康指导。结果发现产妇健康问题126例(14.65%),发现新生儿健康问题401例(46.63%)。结论产后家庭访视满足了出院后产妇对母婴保健知识的需求,能够及时发现母婴健康问题并给予及时的处理和指导,有效避免了严重并发症发生,提高了产妇及其家属的满意度。Objective To explore practice and outcomes of family visit after childbirth in primary hospital.Methods Family visit was delivered for 860 puerperas after discharge. The measures included the establishment of health records before discharge,physical examination for puerperas and their newborns by home visiting staff between 10 to 14 days after discharge,and giving immediate treatment and guidance when finding health problems. Results Puerperal health problems were found in126 cases(14.65%)and neonatal health problems in 401 cases(46.63%).Conclusion Postpartum family visit can meet the demands of puerperas for maternal and infant health care knowledge after discharge,and the family visit personnel can timely find abnormal maternal and infant health problems and give guidance,therefor can effectively avoid the occurrence of serious complications,and improve the satisfaction of puerperas and their families.
