摘　　要：在我国自然资源部的成立和新型城镇化的大背景下,我国城乡规划、城乡统筹的实践重点将转向乡村规划与乡村建设。在"多规合一"及自然资源统一协调的影响下,乡村规划蓝图须进一步落实,与此同时,新时代背景下的乡村规划与建设也提出了新的要求。云南特有的乡村自然风光、村落民族特色与高原气候特色是云南旅游的名片,如何在新体制下实现乡村规划设计工作模式和设计思维的转变是重中之重。本文以牟溪冲旅游村落详细规划设计为例,对自然资源部统筹下的乡村规划进行了实践与探索。With the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources and under the background of new urbanization,the focus of urban and rural planning and coordination will shift to rural planning and rural construction.Under the influence of" the integration of multipleregulation" and unified coordination of natural resources,the implementation of the rural planning blueprint will be further implemented. At the same time,new requirements are put forward for rural planning and construction in the context of the new era.Yunnan's unique rural natural scenery,village ethnic characteristics and plateau climate characteristics are the business cards of Yunnan tourism.How to realize the transformation of rural planning and design work mode and design thinking under the new system is the most important thing. This paper takes the detailed planning and design of Muxichong tourism villages an example to explore and practice the rural planning under the coordination of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
