摘  要:船用蓄电池监测器通过检测小部分蓄电池来估算整个电池组的容量。其传感器增加被测蓄电池功耗,影响容量的计算。本文分析了当前传感器各功能模块的能耗,对硬件电路和软件控制进行优化,设计了低功耗的传感器。新传感器功耗比原传感器显著降低,电池组容量的监测精度更高。通过可靠性试验证明低功耗传感器满足长期稳定运行的需求。Marine battery monitor estimates the capacity of the entire electronic group by detecting a small part of battery. The extra power consumption of the sensors affects the calculation for the capacity. The energy consumption of each module of the device is analyzed in the paper. The optimized design is made for the hardware circuit and software controlling,and a low-power scheme of the device is proposed. The whole power consumption of new scheme is confirmed lower than the old one. The measuring accuracy of the battery capacity is higher. It is proved that the low-power design meets the requirements for durative and stable operation of the device by the reliability tests.
