摘 要:介绍了一种X波段余割平方赋形平面微带阵列天线设计,该天线采用交叉极化抑制度高的非辐射边馈电双层微带贴片天线作为辐射单元;馈电网络采用低损耗悬置微带线(SSL)并结合"联合应用DPF公式算法",实现了俯仰方向余割平方波束。基于某型项目需求,设计、加工了一套16×4单元阵列天线,实测结果表明,该阵列天线在10.2~10.8 GHz的设计频带内回波损耗小于-10 dB,带内交叉极化电平优于-35 dB,带内增益大于22 dBi,波束覆盖满足项目指标要求。An X-band cosecant square shaped planar microstrip array antenna design is presented, and this antenna uses non-radiative edge-fed double-layer microstrip patch antenna with high cross-polarization suppression as the radiation unit. A low-loss suspended microstrip line and "joint application DPF formula algorithm" are used in the feeder network to realize the cosecant square beam in the pitch direction. Based on the needs of certain type of project, a set of 16×4 unit array antennas is designed and manufactured. The experiment results indicate that the return loss of the array antenna in the design frequency band of 10.2~10.8 GHz is less than-10 dB, the in-band cross-polarization level better than-35 dB, and the inband gain is greater than 22 dBi. And beam coverage satisfies the requirement of project indicators.
