摘  要:文章针对高速公路桥梁接桩施工后发现的大量桩柱连接处夹泥、露筋等病害问题,以实际工程为依托,通过分析桥梁桩柱施工完成后的现场地质条件,提出采用注浆加固桩顶周围土体的方法对不可开挖桩基进行处治;采用水中钢护筒浇筑混凝土外包的方法对水中桩基进行处治;采用开挖立模浇筑外包混凝土的方法对可开挖陆上桩基进行处治。并利用超声波等无损检测方法针对外包混凝土及结合面的质量进行检测,形成了针对外包混凝土质量的检测评定方法,可为该类桩基病害的处治及检测提供参考。Regarding the problem of mud and exposed ribs at pile-column joints after the construction of expressway bridge connection piles,relying on the actual engineering,and through analyzing the site geological conditions after the construction of bridge pile columns,this article proposes the method of grouting to reinforce the soil around the pile top for the treatment of non-excavable pile foundation;it uses the method of in-water steel sleeve concrete-pouring wrapping for the treatment of in-water pile top;uses the method of vertical form excavation and wrapping concrete pouring for the treatment of excavable land pile foundation.It also uses the non-destructive testing method such as ultrasonic wave to inspect the quality of wrapping concrete and connecting surface,thus forming the inspection and evaluating method for the quality of wrapping concrete,which can provide the reference for the treatment and inspection of similar pile foundation disease.
