摘　　要：文章阐述了围岩大变形的概念,介绍了围岩的变形机制和变形规律,分析了围岩大变形的成因,并针对软弱围岩掌子面前方变形、掌子面挤出变形和掌子面后方变形情况,总结提出了与之相对应的处治措施,为今后隧道穿越软弱围岩施工提供借鉴。This article describes the concept of large deformation of surrounding rock,introduces the deformation mechanism and deformation law of surrounding rock,analyzes the causes of large deformation of surrounding rock,and then,regarding the deformation in front of the work face of weak surrounding rock,the extrusion deformation of work face,and the deformation behind the work face,it summarizes and proposes the corresponding treatment measures,thus providing the reference for the construction of tunnel passing through the weak surrounding rock.
