摘 要:在实验室高温环境下对钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)进行了试验研究,通过设置不同的温度梯度和钢纤维掺入量对钢纤维RPC的拉压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度等力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,钢纤维的掺入可有效提高混凝土的力学性能;当钢纤维体积掺入量一定时,随试验温度的提高,钢纤维RPC试件的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度均表现出先提高后下降的变化趋势;其中,钢纤维RPC抗折强度临界温度为200℃,抗拉强度的临界转变温度为120℃,表明钢纤维RPC试件的抗拉强度对高温环境更敏感,当温度升高时,试件的抗拉强度退化更为明显。The mechanical properties of steel fiber reactive powder concrete (RPC) under high temperature in the laboratory were studied out by means of different temperature gradient and steel fiber incorporation. The tensile strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of steel fiber RPC were analyzed. The results show that the incorporation of steel fiber can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete;when the volume of steel fiber is constant, the compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength of steel fiber RPC specimen increase first and then decrease with the increase of test temperature;among them, the critical temperature of steel fiber RPC flexural strength is 200 °C, and the critical transition temperature of tensile strength is 120 °C, which indicates that the tensile strength of steel fiber RPC specimen is more sensitive to high temperature environment. When the temperature rises, the tensile strength degradation is more obvious.
