小儿香桂贴指纹图谱及共有峰的液质联用分析

摘  要:目的:建立小儿香桂贴的指纹图谱,并对共有峰进行质谱识别鉴定,为小儿香桂贴质量标准的建立提供参考。方法:根据小儿香桂贴的制剂工艺制备10批次制剂进行液质联用检测分析。流动相乙腈(A)-0.01%甲酸水溶液(B):0 min→10 min,A 5%→20%;10 min→15 min,A 20%→32%;15 min→30 min,A 32%→68%;30 min→40 min,A68%→38%;40 min→42 min,A 38%→32%;42 min→70 min,A 32%。柱温30℃,流速0.4 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,进样量10μL。结果1:0批小儿香桂贴特征图谱中有26个共有峰,其相似度均>0.999。结论:该研究建立的指纹图谱相似度高,共有峰中识别鉴定的9个特征峰可适用于小儿香桂贴的质量标准制定研究。Objective : To establish the fingerprint map and identify the common peaks by mass spectrometry, so as to provide a reference for the establishment of the quality standard of the emplastrum. Methods : Ten batches of preparations were prepared according to the preparation process of Xiaoer xianggui emplastrum. Liquid phase acetonitrile(A)-0.01% phosphate aqueous solution(B): 0 min→10 min, A 5%→20%;10 min→15 min, A 20%→32%;15 min→30 min, A 32%→68%;30 min→40 min, A 68%→38%;40 min→42 min, A 38%→32%;42 min→70 min, A 32%. Column temperature 30 ℃, the flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, detection wavelength of 254 nm. The input is going to be 10 μL. Results : there were 26 common peaks in the characteristic map of 10 batches of Xiaoer xianggui emplastrum, all of which were >0.999. Conclusion : The fingerprint map established in this study is of high similarity, and the 9 characteristic peaks identified in the common peaks can be applied to the quality standard formulation of stable Xiaoer xianggui emplastrum.
