摘　　要：文章在对安徽省高新技术产业创业投资实施情况统计分析的基础上找出目前安徽省创业投资存在的创业投资基金数量增长缓慢、创业投资基金累计投资的项目增速缓慢、创业投资基金累计基金规模下降等问题,最终形成符合安徽省高新技术产业需求的创业投资模式,并采取必要的保障措施以促进创业投资模式的建立。Based on the statistical analysis of the implementation of venture capital in high-tech industry in Anhui, this paper finds out the problems such as the slow growth of venture capital fund, the slow growth of projects invested by venture capital fund and the decreasing cumulative size of venture capital funds, and it finally forms the venture capital mode in line with the needs of high-tech industry in Anhui, and puts forward necessary safeguard measures to promote the establishment of venture capital model.
