摘  要:茶政,亦称茶法,是历代封建政府为增加国家财政收入,对茶叶的行政管理和课税政策。唐宋以降,茶政成为关乎国计民生的大计之一,对维系政权机器的运作具有一定的影响力。明代在沿袭前朝旧制的基础上,逐渐建立和制定了一套比较完整的茶政制度法规,主要包括榷茶、茶马互市、茶税和贡茶等四个方面的内容。Tea administration, also called tea law, is the administration and taxation policy of the feudal govern-ment to increase the national revenue. Since the Tang and Song dynasties, the tea policy became one of the major projects related to the national economy and the peopled livelihood, and had certain influence on the operation of the regime machine maintenance. On the basis of inheriting the old system of the previous dynasties, the Ming Dynasty gradually established and formulated a set of relatively complete regulations of tea administration, mainly including four aspects : discussion of tea, tea horse exchange market, tea tax and tribute tea.
