城市存量更新视角下旧工业建筑的再生模式及影响因素——以北京首钢三号高炉再生利用为例

摘　　要：文章通过对城市存量更新中的旧工业建筑的再生价值和各种影响模式选择的因素进行讨论,并对旧工业建筑可选择的再生模式进行归纳总结,认为在对城市存量中的旧工业建筑进行再生模式选择时,应对其价值和各种影响因素进行综合考虑,结合地域文化进行合理的再生模式选择,以满足城市存量更新的目的。This paper discusses the regenerative value of old industrial buildings and the factors influencing the choice of models in the urban stock update, and summarizes the alternative regeneration modes of old industrial buildings, and proposes that when choosing the regeneration mode of the old industrial buildings, what should be comprehensively considered is its value and various influencing factors, and combine the regional culture to make a reasonable regeneration mode selection to meet the purpose of urban stock renewal.
