摘  要:针对中间仓储式热风送粉贫煤锅炉采用分级燃烧方式时,存在的飞灰含碳量和排烟温度高的问题,提出了一种将三次风进行浓淡分离并重新布置三次风喷口的燃烧器改造方案。改造后,在煤质挥发分下降的情况下,省煤器出口NOx 排放质量浓度从620.75 mg/m^3降至487.00 mg/m^3,飞灰含碳量、炉渣含碳量及排烟温度均下降,达到了低氮改造的预期目标。Unburned combustible in fly ash and high-temperature exhausted gas is prevail in storage-type hot wind pulverized coal feeding system of lean coal boilers taking staged combustion.Tertiary air rich-lean separation and rearranging the tertiary air nozzles was proposed as a retrofit scheme. After retrofitting, when the content of volatile matter decreased,the mass concentration of NOx at the economizer outlet decreased from 620.75 mg/m^3 to 487.00 mg/m^3,and unburned combustible in fly ash and slag decreased as well,and so did the temperature of exhausted gas,which met the expectation of low-nitrogen burner retrofit.
