摘 要:河道堤防冲刷隐患排查一直是地区防汛工作重点之一,由于河道堤防普遍分布较广,沿线隐患筛查实施难度较大,科学决策部署重点隐患排查河段能够有效节约时间及人力成本。基于层次分析法,从河流动力学角度,构建河道冲刷隐患评价体系,选取河道深泓线距堤防距离、河道断面最深点高程、近岸流速、弯道水面横比降、近岸冲刷幅度作为指标参数,并给出不同指标标准化过程,进而提出河道冲刷隐患综合评价方法。以奉化江(方桥三江口-甬江三江口)河段实测数据为例,利用河道冲刷隐患评价体系进行综合评价,分析表明,该河段隐患点主要集中于上游横涨、铜盆闸等急弯段凹岸及甬江三江口附近河道较窄处,隐患排查结果与实地踏勘结果吻合良好。Screening of potential erosion hazards for river channel embankments has always been a work priority of local flood control efforts. As river channel embankments are widely distributed,it is difficult to identify potential erosion risks along the river. A scientific deployment of key river sections can effectively save the time and labor costs. This paper constructs a river channel erosion evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and from the river dynamics perspective,and selects such parameters as the distance of river thalweg to the embankment,the elevation of the deepest point of the river section,nearshore current velocity,transverse slope of water surface at river bend,nearshore scouring amplitude to establish a standardized process and put forward a comprehensive evaluation methods for river channel erosion hazards. Using the measured data at the Fenghua River(Fangqiao-Sanjiangkou and Yongjiang River-Sanjiangkou) section,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted. Results show that the potential hazards are mainly at the concave banks like the upper stream Hengzhang,Tongpenzha and narrow sections near the Yongjiang River-Sanjiangkou. The investigation fit well with the field survey. The research results can provide scientific decision-making basis for river channel erosion hazard identification.
