摘　　要：目的探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndromes,MDS)患者的希望水平、社会支持度以及两者之间的关系。方法采用Herth希望量表、社会支持量表,对84例住院MDS患者进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果MDS患者的希望水平得分(35.54±4.37)分,社会支持得分(25.95±6.50)分,社会支持总体及各维度与希望总体及其3个维度均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论MDS患者的希望水平处于中高水平,希望水平与社会支持呈正相关,通过有效的措施提高患者的社会支持度可以提高患者希望水平,从而促进疾病向好的方向转归。Objective To identify the relationship between social support and hope level of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) patients.Methods Totally 84 MDS patients were investigated for their status of social support and hope level by Herth Hope Index and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The hope score of MDS patients was 35.54±4.37,and the social support score was 25.95±6.50%.There was a significantly and moderately positive relationship between social support and hope level of patients (all P <0.05).Conclusions The hope level of MDS patients is in the middle and high level,and the hope level is positively correlated with social support.Improving the social support level of MDS patients through effective measures can improve the hope level of patients and make the disease getting better.
