农民工务工收入及其影响因素——基于上海市993份调查问卷的实证分析

摘　　要：基于国家统计局上海调查总队2018年农民工市民化进程动态监测调查的993份样本数据,研究了上海市农民工务工收入及其影响因素。研究发现,受教育程度、职业资格证书拥有情况以及工作经验对农民工收入有显著的正向影响;拥有党员身份的农民工比未拥有党员身份的农民工收入高;男性农民工的务工收入要显著高于女性;有配偶农民工的收入要显著高于没有配偶的农民工;农民工的年龄与收入呈"∩"曲线变化。基于结论,认为应该做到以下三点:第一,应加大对农村基础教育的投资;第二,应加强农民工的职业技能培训;第三,要消除企业制度和社会观念中对农民工性别的歧视。Based on the data of 993 samples from the 2018 dynamic monitoring survey on the citizenship process of migrant workers by the Shanghai survey team of the national bureau of statistics, this paper studies the income of migrant workers and its influencing factors in Shanghai. The study found that education, the ratings of professional qualification certificates and work experience have a significant positive impact on the income of migrant workers;migrant workers with Party membership have higher income than those without Party membership;the income of male migrant workers is significantly higher than that of female workers;the income of migrant workers with spouses is significantly higher than that of migrant workers without spouses. Migrant workers’ age has a"∩" relationship with the income of migrant workers. Based on the conclusion, this paper believes that the following three points should be achieved: first, investment in basic education in rural areas should be increased;second, vocational skills training for migrant workers should be strengthened;third, discrimination against the gender of migrant workers should be eliminated in the corporate and social system.
