摘  要:采用X射线衍射法、比表面分析法、X射线小角度散射法、扫描电镜法、动态光散射法对爆轰纳米金刚石的粒度进行分析,结果表明:采用不同分析方法得到的爆轰纳米金刚石粒度数据不尽相同,其中X射线小角度散射法、动态光散射法可准确测出爆轰纳米金刚石粒度分布,文章还阐述了各种粒度测试方法的优缺点及适用范围。A series of particle size analysis methods were used for measuring the particle size of detonation nanodiamond(DND),including x-ray diffraction(XRD),specific surface area(SSA),small-angle X-ray Scattering(SAXS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and dynamic light scattering(DLS).The results shew that the particle size data of detonation nanodiamond obtained by different analytical methods were different.Among these methods,the X-ray small angle scattering method and the dynamic light scattering method could accurately measure the particle size distribution of detonation nanodiamond.The advantages and disadvantages of various particle size test methods and their scope of application were also described.
