摘 要:感染是影响人类健康的常见疾病之一,可造成创面不愈合、脓毒症及其他感染性疾病,继而引发多系统器官衰竭而导致死亡。血小板是最常见的血液成分之一,最先发现内皮细胞损伤和病原微生物入侵并产生反应,可内吞病原体、释放抗菌肽和调节机体的免疫反应等。本文就血小板的抗感染机制研究进展作一综述。Infection is one of the most common diseases, which can cause nonhealing wound, sepsis and other infectious diseases, then lead to multisystem organ failure and death. Platelets, one of the most common element of blood, is the first component which detect damage of endothelial cell and invasion of pathogen. In addition, platelets can internalize pathogens, secrete antimicrobial peptides, participate in and orchestrate the immune response. In this article, the research progress of anti-infective mechanism of platelets is reviewed.
