摘 要:对比考察了纯水与城市生活垃圾渗滤液对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰洗涤脱氯脱毒效果。结果表明:纯水与渗滤液均可脱除飞灰中水可溶性氯盐(KCl、NaCl和CaClOH),对飞灰中水不可溶性氯盐(Friedel’s盐)去除效果较差。渗滤液脱氯残渣中氯含量比纯水脱氯残渣低。此外,与纯水洗涤相比,渗滤液可进一步脱除飞灰中重金属(Cu、Pb、Zn)。飞灰在洗涤过程中可吸附渗滤液中的有机物及部分重金属(Mn、As、Cr)。因此,以渗滤液替代纯水用于飞灰洗涤脱毒是一种可行的协同处置方式。This study mainly investigated the effects of pure water and domestic waste leachate on the dechlorination and detoxification of fly ash from incineration of domestic waste.The experimental results showed that both pure water and leachate could remove water-soluble chlorine salts (KCl, NaCl and CaClOH) from fly ash,while the removal effect on water-insoluble chlorine salts (Friedel’s salt) from fly ash was poor.In addition,compared with pure water washing, leachate could further remove heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Zn) from fly ash.Simultaneously,fly ash could also adsorb organic matter and some heavy metals (Mn, As, Cr) in leachate during washing.Therefore,using leachate instead of pure water to wash and detoxify fly ash was a feasible cooperative disposal method.
