基于分类趋势下的我国生活垃圾处理技术展望

摘　　要：梳理我国垃圾分类相关政策,分析生活垃圾处理及分类现状,总结目前存在的问题,并提出适宜我国国情的生活垃圾处理模式和技术发展趋势:城市应建设静脉产业基地,区域布局可再生回收体系,重视有害垃圾的收集处理,发展高效的餐厨垃圾处理技术,提升厨余垃圾设施处理能力;农村应推行多样化有机废弃物处理方式,建立因地制宜的可回收物收集模式,区域统筹其他垃圾的处理,部门协同管理有害垃圾的回收处理。In this paper, waste classification relevant policies in China were arranged, current situation of garbage treatment and classification were analyzed, and the existing problems were summarized.The garbage treatment mode and development tendency of garbage disposal technologies were suggested that: in urban area venous industry base should be constructed, waste recycling system be regionally distributed, the collection and disposal of hazardous waste be appreciated, efficient technics for food waste disposal be developed, and facility abilities for kitchen waste treatment be increased.In rural area, it was suggested that diverse disposal methods for organic waste should be implemented, the recycling system be built in regard to local conditions, the disposal of other waste be regionally planed, and collaboration between departments concerning hazardous waste management be established.
