摘  要:随着肝移植技术的发展,肝移植已经成为儿童终末期肝病的标准治疗方式。儿童肝移植术的发展延长了患儿的生存期,但也为患儿及家庭带来了新的挑战。通过简述中国儿童肝移植发展现状,综述儿童生长发育、心理认知、生活质量等心理社会发展状况,对比国内外肝移植儿童术后社会心理状况干预,探讨促进儿童肝移植术后的心理社会健康成长的方法,并提出发挥社会救助力量、组建跨学科团队、以家庭为核心进行社会工作个案管理等意见,旨在通过多学科的合作促进肝移植家庭的福祉。With the development of liver transplantation technology,liver transplantation has become the standard treatment for end-stage liver disease in children.The development of pediatric liver transplantation has prolonged the survival period of children,but it has also brought new challenges to children and families.This article reviewed the development of children’s liver transplantation in China,summarized the development of children’s psychosocial development,psychological cognition and quality of life,compared the intervention of psychosocial status of children after liver transplantation at home and abroad,explored the methods to promote the healthy growth of children’s psychosocial status after liver transplantation,and put forward some suggestions,such as giving full play to the social assistance force,setting up interdisciplinary teams,and managing social work cases with family as the core,so as to promote the well-being of liver transplantation families through multidisciplinary cooperation.
