摘 要:《大医精诚》是中国古代杰出的医德经典著作,是医学生医德教育的重要资源。在新时代背景下,医学院校要充分挖掘《大医精诚》医德思想的现代价值,通过优化人文课程设置、加强课程思政教育、构建立体培育模式等内化教育途径,把大医精诚医德思想内化为学生内在的思想道德素质和思维方法;通过注重医德习惯养成、强化临床实践育人、重视社会实践活动等外化教育途径,把《大医精诚》医德思想外化为学生外在的处理问题、解决问题的能力,不断提高医学生医德教育的针对性和实效性。Virtual of Great Physician is an ancient outstanding classic work of medical morality in China and an important resource of medical ethics education for medical students.Under the background of the new era,medical colleges and universities should fully explore the modern value about the thoughts of medical morality of Virtual of Great Physician,optimize the humanities curriculum setting,strengthen the curriculum ideological and political education,construct the three-dimensional cultivation mode and other internalized education approaches,and then internalize of the thoughts of medical morality of Virtual of Great Physician into the internal ideological and moral quality and thinking methods of medical students.And the external teaching approaches were put forward,including:to focus on the cultivation of medical morality,to enhance clinical practice to educate medical students,to attach importance to external educational approaches such as social practice activities.Furthermore,the thoughts of medical morality of Virtual of Great Physician could be externalized into medical students ability to deal with problems and solve problems,so as to continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of medical ethics education for medical students.
