海口市2型糖尿病患者疾病认知状况及其对患者自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解海口市2型糖尿病患者疾病认知现状,探讨患者疾病认知对患者自我管理能力的影响,为提高患者的自我管理行为依从性提供参考。方法:利用简易疾病认知问卷(Brief-IPQ)、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)对海口市4家医院的120名2型糖尿病患者进行调查,评估患者疾病认知及自我管理能力。结果:海口市2型糖尿病患者疾病认知总分为(46.79±12.85)分,均分为(5.85±1.85)分,处于中等水平;患者自我管理能力总分为(36.08±14.04)分,均分为(3.28±1.03)分,处于中等偏低水平,各维度均分由高到低的顺序依次为遵医嘱服药、普通饮食、特殊饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理。2型糖尿病患者疾病认知与患者自我管理能力呈正相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者疾病认知对其自我管理能力具有重要影响,建议对2型糖尿病患者进行疾病认知知识教育,特别是足部护理知识教育,促使其采取正确行为,参与自我管理活动,提高其自我管理能力。Objective:To understand the status quo of illness perception in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus in Haikou, and to explore the influence of illness perception patients' self-management ability, so as to provide reference for improving patients' self-management behavior compliance.Methods:Brief-IPQ and SDSCA were used to investigate120 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus in 4 hospitals in Haikou,and to evaluate the patient's illness perception and self-management ability.Results:In Haikou, the total score of illness perception in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus was (46.79 ±12.85), with an average score of (5.85 ±1.85), which was in the middle level.The total score of patients' self-management ability was (36.08 ±14.04), with an average score of (3.28 ±1.03), which was at the middle to low level.The order of each dimension from high average score to low average score was taking medicine according to doctor's advice, full diet, special diet, exercise, blood sugar monitoring and foot care.There was a positive correlation between illness perception and self-management ability in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:The illness perception of patients with type2 diabetes has an important influence on their self-management ability It is suggested that patients with type2 diabetes mellitus should be educated about the knowledge of disease cognition, especially the knowledge of foot care, so that they can take correct actions, participate in self-management activities and improve their self-management ability.
