厦门市思明区老年人对医养结合养老模式的认知和参与意愿现状及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的:调查厦门市思明区老年人对医养结合养老模式的认知及参与意愿,分析其影响因素,为推进医养结合养老工作的发展提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样方法,对户籍在厦门市且居住在思明区的60周岁及以上的114名老年人进行问卷调查。结果:目前厦门市思明区老年人对医养结合养老模式的认知处于较低水平,参与意愿偏低。年龄、文化程度、子女、了解程度是影响老年人医养结合养老模式参与意愿的因素,其中文化程度、了解程度是影响参与意愿的主要因素。结论:养老机构应采取形式多样的宣传教育,提高老年人对医养结合养老模式的了解程度及参与意愿,推进医养结合养老产业的发展。Objective:To study the cognition and participation willingness of the elderly in Siming District of Xiamen on the model of “Integration Pension Service and Medical Service”, and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of integration pension service and medical service.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among114elderly people aged 60 and above who were registered in Xiamen and lived in Siming District using the convenient sampling method.Results:The cognition on the mood of integration pension service and medical service of the elderly in Siming district of Xiamen city was at a low level.The willingness to participate was low.Age, education level, children, and understanding degree were factors influencing the willingness of the elderly in Xiamen Siming District in the mood of integration pension service and medical service, among which the degree of education and understanding level were the main factors affecting the willingness.Conclusion:It is necessary to adopt a variety of publicity and education to improve the elderly’s understanding and participation willingness of the mood of integration pension service and medical service, and promote the development of it.
