摘 要:菲律宾作为农业大国,其耕地格局变化关系到整个国家的粮食产量,影响粮食安全。结合菲律宾耕作制度与作物特点,利用归一化植被指数(NDVI)、归一化水体指数(MNDWI)、耕地归一化指数(PI)提取旱地水田,并采用耕地指数及耕地变化指数从国家、区级两层面上分析了1990~2017年菲律宾耕地时空变化特征,选取复种指数对耕地利用格局进一步讨论。结果表明:①27年间,耕地(旱地水田)呈增长趋势,旱地、水田分别增长了23. 47%、25. 96%,水田旱地比例由73. 99%上升至75. 49%;②菲律宾耕地具有整体分散,区域集中的分布特征,呈沿原有耕地向四周扩展的变化趋势;③1990、2017年复种指数均大于200%,表明菲律宾耕地集约化程度较高,这与菲律宾地理位置、气候条件的优越性及种植作物特点关系密切;④1990~2017年,菲律宾人均耕地面积减少26. 5%,粮食产量无法自给自足,另外菲律宾旱地水田空间分布过于集中,不利于粮食流通与供应。菲律宾政府应先解决土地分配问题,发展规模农业、科技农业,保证粮食市场流通顺利,尽量避免粮食危机问题加重。As an agricultural country,the changes of cultivated land in the Philippines are related to the grain production,and impact on food security of the whole country. Based on the farming system and crop characteristics in the Philippines,dry land and paddy field were extracted by normalized differential vegetation index( NDVI),modified normalized difference water index( MNDWI) and plough land normalized index( PI). And the spatio-temporal changes of cultivated land in the Philippines during 1990 ~ 2017 were analyzed from the two levels of nationwide and region with the cultivated land index and cultivated land change index. The pattern of cultivated land were discussed by the multiple cropping index. The results show that:①The cultivated land( dry land and paddy fi eld)shows a growing trend in 27 years. Dry land and paddy field increase by 23. 47% and 25. 96% respectively. The proportion of paddy field and dry land increases from 73. 99% to 75. 49% during 1990 ~ 2017.②The cultivated land in the Philippines has the characteristics of overall decentralization and regional concentration,showing a trend of expansion along the original cultivated land.③In 1990 and 2017,the multiple cropping index is greater than200%. Which indicates that the intensive degree of cultivated land in the Philippines is relatively high. This is closely related to the geographical location and climatic conditions of the Philippines and the characteristics of crops.④From 1990 to 2017,the per capita cultivated land area in the Philippines decreases by 26. 5%. The grain output could not be self-sufficient. In addition,the spatial distribution of paddy filed and dry land in the Philippines is too concentrated,which is not conducive to grain circulation and supply. The Philippine government should solve the problem of land allocation firstly,develop large-scale agriculture and scientific and technological agriculture,and ensure the smooth circulation of the grain market,and try to avoid aggravating the food crisis.
